What are Roundtables?
In 1:1 lessons, your teacher adjusts the pace and supports you. But real meetings are different — multiple speakers, fast exchanges, and less time to think. Roundtables help you practice these real-world situations. Join a small group and discuss relevant topics while an NEI facilitator guides the conversation.
What will I learn?
You'll build the skills you need for real conversations:
- Follow multi-speaker discussions
- Ask for clarification
- Share your ideas clearly
- Express and defend your opinions
Who can participate?
Active NEI subscribers can join. Groups may include participants from other companies.
Spaces fill quickly — reserve your spot as soon as you find a topic you like.
We carefully match groups:
- Participants have a similar English level
- Specialized topics are limited to those with relevant experience
You may join one Roundtable per month.
How much does it cost?
Free for subscribers.
If you register but do not attend, 1 lesson unit will be deducted. To avoid this, cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend.
No-shows without cancellation may also result in restricted access to future bookings.
How do I prepare?
For most Roundtables, no preparation is required, and there is no homework.
