NEI のネットワーク/ファイアウォールのホワイトリスト要件
会社のサーバーからNEIシステムにアクセスしてレッスンを受ける方がいらっしゃる場合、以下のことを御社のIT管理者、情報システム担当者にご依頼ください。

All rules are outbound from the participant’s device; no inbound rules are required. The 443/TCPrules are mandatory for a call to connect; the UDP and 7881/TCPrules carry direct media and materially improve call quality and latency.
These destinations must also be excluded from SSL/TLS inspection.This traffic is WebRTC, WebSocket and TURN-over-TLS, not ordinary HTTP. An inspecting proxy completes the TLS handshake and then drops or throttles the long-lived flow, so the call appears to connect but has no audio or video. Opening the ports without an inspection exemption will not work.
