Please request your IT manager to ensure access to the NEI system from your corporate servers.
Network/firewall whitelisting requirements:
1. whitelist these NEI hostnames to allow traffic on ports:
80; 443; 6443; 9591; 9593; 9601
ne.institute NEIseattle.com
app.ne.institute
*.ne.institute
2. whitelist hostnames for RTC SDK (Web)/RTM SDK (Web)
For NEI Video Conferencing, these IP addresses need to be allowed through your firewall. Find the list of IP addresses for your country here:
