Alliance Partner

Introduce companies to NEI’s English learning programs and earn referral compensation. NEI handles all subsequent business activities including meetings, contracts, support, and follow-up.

Alliance wishes to introduce NEI to companies that have potential interest in the NEI programs. After the introduction, NEI is responsible for all the business activities such as business meetings, closing the contract, support, and follow-up after the referral by the Alliance.

If there are no channel conflicts, the Referee will be assigned to the Alliance for 3 months. If Alliance has not made an introduction within 3 months, Alliance will no longer have Alliance Status for this Referee, and will no longer receive a referral fee for this Referee. 

At the time of the referral, the Alliance will send the referral email to the referee with japan@ne.institute in the CC, and NEI’s sales team will follow up with the referee within three business days. This referral email should include a templated sentence to confirm the interest in implementing English language learning.

*If the referral is to a company that has more than 500 employees, the Alliance will be assigned by a department, not by a company.

* If no prior inquiry is made and the Alliance introduce a company with which NEI is already connected, either through our own contacts or a partner, we will notify the Alliance immediately that there is a channel conflict and commission cannot be paid to the Alliance for the referral 

NEI will pay referral fees:

If a business meeting is established between NEI and the Referee as a result of the referral email, NEI will pay the following referral fee within two weeks from the date of the meeting, regardless of whether or not a contract is concluded.

Alternatively, NEI can also pay rewards in NEI lessons instead of cash, and Alliance can use this service for yourself, your family, your company’s employees, or anyone else.

* 3,000 yen = 1 lesson unit. To start a lesson, you will need at least 12,000 yen (4 units).

Exceptions to referral fees:

If the business meeting with NEI does not take place, we will not be able to pay the referral fee. Also, please note that NEI can terminate the partnership agreement if it becomes clear that the referred company has no intention of introducing English learning .
