NEI Group Plan Application Terms
Agreement
This agreement is between NEI Japan KK and Purchaser. Purchaser has requested to purchase the plan described above, with the specified services included, provided by NEI Japan KK. NEI Japan KK is the sole service provider/contractor. Subscribers within Japan are subject to the terms and conditions of NEI Japan.
Terms:
The individuals designated by Purchaser as participants will each receive individual subscriptions and will consent to the Terms of Use in order to register. Once a participant under the plan registers, his subscription is not transferable. No substitutions of one participant for another. If any participant leaves, no refund for that participant.

After Plan End Date
Any unused lesson units will roll over if plan is renewed. If plan is not renewed, unused units will expire.
If plan is renewed, group may include the same or different participants, or a larger number of participants.
Payment Terms
Payment to be made by bank transfer to this account:

After payment receipt, all participants receive a code to use for registration.
Additional Conditions
By paying the Total Cost, Purchaser agrees to all terms. Any changes and amendments to this Agreement must be in written form and signed by both parties. NEI’s rules can be changed in whole or in part by sending an email to the Plan Manager 15 days before the date of change. If Plan Manager does not respond within 15 days, we assume that you have accepted the changes.
