Native English Institute LLC (“we”) provides services to Subscriber (“you”) subject to these terms. By using our site, you agree to these terms.
You are allotted a fixed number of 1:1s each month. You may reschedule at no cost once a month, as long as you cancel >12 hours in advance. Any additional cancellations are charged. If you miss your scheduled 1:1, the 1:1 is considered “completed”. Any 1:1s not completed in a given month roll over on a cumulative basis for a second month as long as you remain subscribed. If you connect late to the 1:1, it will still end at the scheduled time. If you are unable to see or hear the Teacher due to NEI's technical issues, we will credit your account for that 1:1. If you are unable to see or hear the Teacher due to technical issues with your computer or network (e.g. audio/video not correctly configured, slow connection), the 1:1 will still be deducted from your account.
We protect the security and confidentiality of your information. We do not have access to your financial information. We access your contact and subscription information in order to provide services, but will not disclose this information. (In case technical troubleshooting is required, with your permission we may provide your contact information to a computer technician.)
Your password is stored encrypted with standard security protocols. NEI staff does not have access to your password. We use two levels of security: your portal allows you to access it with a second password, in case you should choose to share your portal with someone else for any reason. It will initially be set up with a single password for both access points, but you may choose to change either password.
Intellectual Property Rights
The NEI Virtual Immersion Method™ and its elements (including Replay Challenge™) are our inventions. Our product and service names are registered or unregistered trademarks. By using our site, you agree to respect our intellectual property rights.
